Ordering and Purchase

Can I do a pre-order if the item I would like to purchase is out of stock?

Ans: Email us at [email protected] or call +65 63375258. We will contact u once the item is back in stock.

What is the ordering processing time?

Ans: Orders will be picked and packed within 1-2 Working Days upon payment received.

Are the prices online same in store?

Ans: The price of our products on line will normally be the same as in store prices. However, occasionally, some price differences might occur in the event of in store only or online only promotion.

Can I cancel my order?

Ans:  We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. However, you may reach out to us to amend your order or make an exchange at our retail shop with the original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt (if applicable).

What happens if I receive a wrong item?

Ans: Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and the image of the item received. We will contact u for a exchange.

Can I return the item and do a refund?

Ans: Sorry there is no return policy.

Can I exchange the product with another product?

Ans: Yes you can. Exchanges can only be done within 7 days from the date of purchase. Product has to be in good condition, unused and complete in the original packaging. Exchanges can only be done with products of equal or higher value. There will not be any refund in payment. Top up payments has to be made for a product with higher value.
All exchanges can only be done at our retail outlet.

Why is the website showing the item as "available", but I can't find the item in retail store?

Ans:  Website ties the inventory of both warehouse and retail shop. Do let our friendly retail staff know what you are looking for,  so they can advise you on the availability,  or you can order online and have the item deliver to your doorstep.

Payments

What are the modes of payments?

Ans: Paypal (Accepts major credit cards and debit cards such as Visa, Amex, Mastercard etc)
We can also accept payments through Bank Transfer and Telegraphic Payments.

What if I do not have a paypal account?

Ans: You do not need to sign up for a paypal account to pay thru your credit card.
You may use the guest payment via paypal where you will only need to enter your credit card information.

Delivery

How much is the delivery fee?

Ans: We offer complimentary standard shipping within Singapore with minimum spend of $150 (excluding bicycle). Otherwise, the delivery fee will be $5.

For bicycle, delivery fee will be $15 (for Royalbaby) and $20 (for all other bikes).

What is the delivery timeline?

Ans:  Standard shipping will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding Sunday) upon order confirmation.
For third party logistics delivery for bulky items and bicycles, our staff will contact you to arrange a delivery timing.

Can I arrange to pick up from store?

Ans: Yes u can arrange to pick up from our retail outlet at Blk 261 Waterloo Street #01-06, Waterloo Centre Singapore 180261. Kindly notify us by dropping us a WhatsApp at 91692648 before heading to our store.

By Car: There is a basement carpark, entrance via Queens Street. Alternatively, you may park along waterloo street or nearby buildings such as Fortune Centre, Bugis +
By MRT: Nearest MRT will be Bugis (East-West Line)
Bras Basah (Circle Line)
Bencoolen MRT ( Downtown Line)
By Bus: Various Buses along Bras Basah Road (NTUC Income Building )and Victoria Street (St Joseph Church or Bras Basah Complex)
