Deposit & Cancellation Policy for idmatch appointments

When you book an appointment with us, our idmatch trained bike fitter set aside time for 1-to-1 personalised service with you.

​We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however late cancellations and no-shows do affect us, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Deposit is require to confirm and secure the time slot
  • Deposit will be used to deduct the total price of the service upon service completion

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel or to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice (2 days) so we can offer your appointment to someone else.
  • More than 2 days notice – full refund less a 3% credit card surcharge.
  • Less than 2 days notice – forfeit 50% of your deposit
  • No-show – forfeit one hundred (100%) of your deposit.

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us to discuss on another appointment date and time.
